These Terms and Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TheBidPro ("TheBidPro," "we," "us," or "our"), a web-based bidding and proposal tool for janitorial and commercial cleaning businesses, operated by [Company Legal Name], located at [Company Address]. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using TheBidPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TheBidPro.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. TheBidPro is intended for business use by cleaning and janitorial service companies preparing bids and proposals for their own customers — not for personal, non-commercial use. Accounts must be registered by an actual person on behalf of a real business; accounts created through automated or fraudulent means are not permitted.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Each account is intended for use by a single business — sharing account access across multiple, separate companies is not permitted, and accounts found doing so may be terminated. Let us know right away at [support email] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may decline to create a new account, or to reactivate a canceled one, at our discretion — including for reasons such as prior payment issues, prior abuse of the free trial, or a prior violation of these Terms.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial, limited to one trial per business and one trial per individual. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will begin, using the payment method you provided at signup. Repeated attempts to create multiple trial accounts for the same business or individual may result in those accounts being disabled.

When you use TheBidPro, you enter information about your own business (such as your company name, letter of introduction, and standard service agreement language) as well as information about your customers — names, addresses, and pricing — in order to generate bids and proposals. You retain full ownership of everything you input; we don't claim any ownership rights over your content or your customers' information. By entering your customers' information into TheBidPro, you confirm that you have the right to use and store that information for the purpose of preparing a bid or proposal on their behalf, and that doing so complies with any privacy obligations you owe to them.
We use the content you provide solely to operate the service on your behalf — to generate the documents you request and to display them back to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' information to third parties.
After you cancel, your account data (bids, customer information, and configured content) will be retained for 90 days in case you choose to reactivate. If the account has not been reactivated within that window, the data will be permanently deleted.
Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login activity — for 12 consecutive months may be subject to cancellation.
TheBidPro's software, design, and branding are owned by [Company Legal Name]. The visual design, layout, and underlying code of the TheBidPro site and application are protected, and may not be copied or reused without our express written permission. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or underlying software beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
We aim to keep TheBidPro available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We use third-party vendors for hosting, payment processing, and related infrastructure to operate the service. We may need to perform maintenance, and from time to time the service may be temporarily unavailable for reasons within or outside our control. We may also modify or discontinue features of the service, with or without notice.
TheBidPro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that bids or documents generated through TheBidPro are free of errors, or that using TheBidPro will result in winning any particular bid or contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TheBidPro, including lost profits or lost business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to TheBidPro will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using TheBidPro and cancel your account at any time through your Account page. We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms, if we discontinue the service, or for other legitimate business reasons — with notice where reasonably possible. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you may lose access to your content stored in the account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and [Company Legal Name] regarding your use of TheBidPro, and supersede any prior agreements. If we don't enforce a particular provision of these Terms at some point, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later.
